No White Flag Consultants is run by Senior Consultant Ian Whitfield-Tinkler who is backed up by many experts across the whole business spectrum and covering all aspects of your business needs.

Ian has over 50 years of top-flight business experience. Starting with 27 years at Tesco where he worked his way up from the bottom to Retail Director level. During his time at Tesco he was a Key Player in introducing ‘Clubcard’ into the business – one of the best marketing systems ever launched. Whilst a retailer at heart Ian spent 5 years on secondment introducing Checkout Scanning Systems (EPOS) along with a number of other effective IT solutions into the business, that helped Tesco move into the number one UK food business slot. At that time, Ian was recognised as one of the UK experts in his field.

Following on from Tesco – and in order to get ‘Own Business’ experience Ian opened a chain of 52 Convenience Stores which he sold on after 5 years and for the last 12 years he has built a major Marketing Agency serving a group of 1500 Veterinary Practices across the UK and Europe.

The Marketing Agency has now been sold to fund ‘retirement’, but not being someone to ‘Rest on his Laurels’ Ian and his team want to offer help to medium and small businesses across the Hampshire region to help them to grow and succeed.
